We’ve been conditioned to believe that if we aren’t white-knuckling the steering wheel, the car will go off the road. But have you noticed? The red lights still turn green whether you’re screaming at them or singing.


Grace isn’t 'giving up.' Grace is claiming your sovereignty. It’s the realization that you have already done the work, and now you are allowing the world to be generous to you.


Today's Mantra: I don't need to push the river. I just need to stay in the boat.



Last weekend, the math shouldn't have worked. Between motocross races and chaotic schedules, I reconnected with my college friend, Jesse, while our kids met for the very first time. We didn't "force" the connection—we just let it happen. This is the Glide: when you stop pushing the river and realize you’re already in the boat.
