EVERY FAIRY TALE HAS A BEGINNING, AND THIS IS MINE.
WATCH AND LEARN HOW I FOUND MY HAPPILY NOW AND EVER AFTER.
My first birth experience was medically "high-risk" and unmedicated in a hospital.
For my soul.... motherhood transformed me.
My plan was to stay calm- to trust my baby and my body. I had read every pregnancy book, practiced yoga every day, and hired a doula.
I pumped myself full of positive birth stories.
After patiently waiting past 42 weeks for our little man, enduring pressure from our care providers and family, I finally let go (full story here).
No one can teach you how to surrender when you are more than capable, yourself.
Baby will no doubt emerge but support impacts the quality and depth of the experience.
So I help connect mamas, yoginis, and birth workers to each other and to the wisdom within.

As a life-long learning Mama with a community spirit, I love sharing my two sweet boys and favorite village, the place I call home- Joshua Tree, California- with kindred souls.
How did I arrive in such an amazing place?
Born and raised in Southern California, Joshua Tree was somewhere I would occasionally visit. As I became more into hiking and camping, I got a taste of its natural beauty. I really began to recognize its magical healing power, almost extra terrestrial nature, and earthly vibes when my husband and I were living life as nomads searching for somewhere we wanted to start our family.
WHAT MATTERS MOST TO ME?
Family, by blood or choice, motivates me. I grew up in a home that valued family and togetherness. Proximity to my parent's home was my primary driver for choosing to study at UC San Diego and Loma Linda University. My parents and I even did our yoga teacher training together with Marianne Wells Yoga School in 2015. #reallyrealyoga
When I became a Mom, the family pull became even stronger. It was then that my career as a highly respected data scientist started transitioning to creating opportunities that would more provide freedom to be with my son and excite my soul. My husband and I are both entrepreneurs taking responsibility for the well-being around us.
In my yoga practice, I am constantly reminded that when I am open physically and emotionally everything moves and feels that much easier. Flexibility of mind is so important and was challenged and strengthened when I joined a movement and even more so now as I combine Babywearing with Senior Fitness. #AgelessWellness
I enjoy hiking, laughing, dancing and spending time with family.
For those yogis who wish to visit my Joshua Tree village and need some help with the details, connect with me and let me help you plan an experience of a lifetime.
I am humbled and excited to share this incredible journey with you.
Enriching you and your babes' lives with peace, love, and joy in this magical village of Joshua Tree that I call home is my destiny!
Much Peace and Joy,
