I've been showing up in new ways for myself recently and it FEELS SO GOOD!
I've been hosting Mommy & Me Retreats for 4 years now and the opportunity presented itself for a new location this July (thanks to a stellar mom friend) so I went with it.
So here's the deal: July 27-29th Crestline, California 3 days in the fresh mountain air on a majestic lake with me and three other Moms and our kids. Can you see yourself there?
Leave the day-to-day grind, chores, and never-ending to-do lists for some fun in the sun, yoga, nourishing food, soul connection, lakeside play, relaxing pedicures, exciting nature excursions, and magical moments with your kiddo.

I am grateful the isolation that COVID brought is starting to become a thing of the past so we can share in its beauty together. It takes a village so I can not wait to shower you with love, good food, and relaxation to help alchemize your motherhood journey into perpetual joy and adventure- carving out time to learn about your child and yourself in a supportive and breathtaking environment is key.

- Transport from ONT airport to location with a car seat/booster if flying into Ontario on retreat start and end date.
