Don’t have time to make it to a class? Looking for a more personalized experience? I will virtually come to you! Benefit from a private prenatal, postnatal, or pelvis focused class in the comfort of your own home. Keep the session all to yourself or partner up with someone close and split the cost. Learn and practice specific poses and strategies to improve your entire being plus experience a deeper mind-body connection at a time convenient for you. Sessions typically last between 1 and 2 hours depending on your needs and are designed around you.
Cancellation Policy
The Wild Mama Commitment: No-Refund Policy: Due to the intimate nature of this 1:1 Beta and the access to my strategic framework, all bookings are final but fully transferable to another mama if your season changes. The 24-Hour Reschedule: Life happens (especially with kids). You can reschedule your Zoom intensive once with at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations inside 24 hours forfeit the call. The Voxer Boundary: Your 30 days of "Pocket Mentor" support begins the day of our Zoom call. I respond to voice/text notes during my "Strategic Office Hours" (Tue/Thu). Spring Break Pause: Please note I am off-grid until April 6th. All calls will be scheduled starting the week of April 8th.
