Take time to meet your body and baby(ies) where they're at today! Anchoring our practice with our breath, we'll move calmly, mindfully, and playfully. Let’s awaken our muscles, make space where we feel tight, and together have a little fun. No prerequisites and no expectations, everyone welcome (including our kids)!
