Come Home to Yourself And Connect With Your Baby

An intimate 3-night Mommy & Me retreat in Joshua Tree
March 10–13 | Limited to 4 mamas + their ages 1-5 babes

You don’t need another thing to manage.

You need space to be.

This retreat is an invitation to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and deepen your bond with your child—surrounded by nature, nourishment, and women who understand this season of life.

No pressure.
No fixing.
Just presence.

This Is For You If…

  • You love your child deeply and miss yourself

  • Your nervous system feels tired, not broken

  • You crave connection without comparison

  • You want rest that doesn’t come with guilt

  • You feel called to pause before the next chapter unfolds

You don’t need clarity to come.
You just need curiosity.

What Makes This Retreat Different

This isn’t about becoming someone new.

It’s about returning to yourself
with your baby beside you,
and a small circle of women walking the same path.

The group is intentionally small so you’re seen, supported, and not rushed.
What stays isn’t the schedule—it’s the feeling of being witnessed.

If You’re Hesitating…

That’s okay.

Most women tell me they felt both excitement and uncertainty before saying yes.

Every single one said afterward:
“I’m so glad I trusted myself.”

If this feels like a quiet yes in your body—even with nerves—that’s enough.

You don’t need permission.

You’re allowed to come home to yourself.

"This was an amazing experience for Henry and I to have together, away from home. It gave me permission to not be a perfect mom, but also let us grow in our own relationship and practice having fun together. Moms need more supportive getaways offered like this."

~Katy M., Carlsbad, California

"You will come away with priceless time spent with your child and friendships for life. And adventure! The weekend was just magical."

-Rebecca Dunn @thewildflowers.blog

Nashville, Tenessee

"I’ve always gone on yoga retreats and wanted to find one to share with my daughter. I wasn’t expecting to have the benefit of soul connections with other moms and be so inspired and learn so much about how to be the best mom I can be."
