INSTILL COMFORT AND STRENGTH ON YOUR JOURNEY INTO MOTHERHOOD
Prenatal Yoga
Through a series of exercises designed to strengthen and balance your body, you will begin to connect with your breath and muscles in preparation for delivery. For those who have delivered already this class will help rebuild pelvic strength and work to restore muscles that may have been strained during delivery. By strengthening your body and increasing your flexibility you will gain balance and find joy through the journey of pregnancy and into motherhood. Yoga is open to all!
$15 per class/$65 per 5-class pack

INTRODUCE YOGA AS PLAY
Mini & Me Yoga
An 8-week class for Mom/Dad/Caregiver and little one to develop creativity, connection and calmness together using singing, dancing, mindful play and art.
Ages: 6 weeks- 4 years old.

ENHANCE YOUR LIFE WITH MOVEMENT AND CONNECTION
Ageless Fitness
Enriching, affordable, adaptable exercise program offering levels that are challenging enough for active older adults and safe for those just starting as well as welcoming towards baby-wearing parents. Exercises are performed seated in a chair or standing. One-hour group class held twice weekly includes stretching, balance, cardio, strength training, and relaxation techniques. When the weather is nice, the class begins with a half-mile walk outside.

FAMILY FUN TOGETHERNESS THROUGH MINDFUL PLAY
Family Yoga
Ages 0-5
Yoga by example and play through song, dance, stories, and animals designed for our youngest family Members while benefiting any age.
Pure fun while growing closer as a family.
For those who are able, we suggest a $15 per family donation to help support our community center and instructors.
As an added bonus, feel free to play at the Sunburst park playground on site complete with a splash pad open during summer or stop by at the Farmer's Market in downtown Joshua Tree before or after class.

Rhythm Tap Dance
Improve overall health, balance, coordination, and have fun at the same time. Bring tap shoes and join us on Fridays to share the joy of movement through tap dance. Wear loose, comfortable clothing and bring your tap shoes. (Instructor can provide options to purchase if needed)

Pelvic Floor Workshop
This workshop is designed for any woman looking to gain more insight or wishing to create a more mindful relationship with her pelvis. Whether you have experienced childbirth, pregnancy, menopause, surgical intervention, pelvic pain, peeing when ‘sneezing’, or want to be proactive, this workshop will give you more knowledge in a supportive environment.
This workshop improves your awareness about your pelvic floor which benefits your mobility, activity, and well-being.
