Prenatal Partner Workshop

This on-demand 1-hour workshop is your at-home crash course in childbirth education and birth partnership that is always ready when you are.

.

Hi. I'm Jennica.

In my 1st, 2nd, and 3rd trimester, I took prenatal yoga classes (even right before I delivered my babies!). Yoga helped me give birth to two healthy boys the way I wanted; one at the hospital and one at home.

During my pregnancy, I started teaching Prenatal Yoga when my baby boy was only six weeks old because I wanted to help new moms find strength and comfort in their community too.

My son is now 3 with a 1-year-old little brother and I'm pregnant with a girl.😍

So grateful that the internet has allowed me to widen my reach and open a virtual prenatal yoga studio to meet amazing moms like you.

My yoga practice continues to enrich my life by helping me feel good, find my happy place, and be the best mama I can be.

By offering a variety of prenatal yoga classes, I’m able to cater to expectant mamas like you in each trimester as well as your unique needs so you can be active, relieve pain, and have a healthy body and baby.

Warning: Prenatal Yoga not only helps you reduce stress, pain, improve sleep, and boost immunity but also helps you feel confident that you are making the best decisions for you and your child(ren) by helping you connect with your own age-old wisdom.

What past students say

"My back and hips felt much better after class and I felt so much more relaxed than when I started (had a rough morning with my 4 year old). I can’t think of anything specific to make it better. Very much looking forward to taking another class."

-Kendal Ferguson, 26 weeks pregnant

"Jennica is truly amazing, and she cares so much about her clients. She actually saved me from having lower back and pelvic pain (as my daughter always sat low in my pregnancy). I also saw her postpartum as she helped me regain my strength since I was still recovering from a C-section."

Crystal Corl

"I was about 3 months pregnant when I chose to start looking into Yoga. I had heard about so many benefits from it! I was very nervous going in, but felt completely confident leaving. She is an amazing teacher, and wonderful friend. She has a contagious smile that lights up the whole room. Her son Gunnar was just a tiny thing at the time! She even involved him which made it that much more fun. It's a very family-friendly environment. I'm grateful for her help, especially leading up to my early induction. Learning breathing techniques, staying flexible, and getting stronger prior to labor is SO important!

I'm a firm believer it helped me to heal and have a quick recovery afterward.

I would highly recommend checking it out!"

When should I start Prenatal Yoga?

The best time to start prenatal yoga is today. Our classes are tailored for pregnant women in different trimesters of different yoga levels to ensure the safety of you and your baby

There are poses, breathing techniques, and meditations that are beneficial for every stage, and figuring out what works best for you and your baby is personal.

The sooner you get started, the sooner you will discover precisely what you and your baby need to feel more calm, capable, and connected.

What if I've never done Yoga before?

Perfect! You have the most to gain. For our classes, mamas with different yoga levels are welcome to join, even if you haven’t done yoga or exercised before.  That’s because we provide modifications for different mamas according to their different skills, experience, and ability to keep you and your baby safe.

Showing up is the hardest part for both veteran yoginis and complete newbies, so I encourage you to show up often to make it a habit and source of strength.
