Hi. I'm Jennica.

Yoga helped me give birth unmedicated to two healthy boys, one in the hospital and one at home.

I started teaching Prenatal Yoga when my firstborn son was six weeks old to mothers looking to gain more strength and comfort.

My yoga practice continues to enrich my life and my children by helping me feel good, find my happy place, and be the best mama I can be.

But it takes a village.

To feel calm, capable, and connected every day.

Your best possible birth and parenthood experience is often just a few deep breaths away with a supportive yoga community.

Prenatal Group Yoga not only helps you reduce stress, pain, improve sleep, and boost immunity but also helps you feel confident that you are making the best decisions for you and your child(ren) by connecting with your tribe and age-old wisdom.

What past students say

"I attend Jennica's prenatal yoga classes, and they are my favorite part of every week. They're relaxing, fun, and keep me feeling active during my pregnancy. Jennica is a great teacher and is always making sure everyone is comfortable and smiling. I would recommend her classes to anyone!"

April, Pacheco 29 Palms, California

"Jennica is truly amazing, and she cares so much about her clients. She actually saved me from having lower back and pelvic pain (as my daughter always sat low in my pregnancy). I also saw her postpartum as she helped me regain my strength since I was still recovering from a C-section."

Crystal Corl

"I was about 3 months pregnant when I chose to start looking into Yoga. I had heard about so many benefits from it! I was very nervous going in, but felt completely confident leaving. She is an amazing teacher, and wonderful friend. She has a contagious smile that lights up the whole room. Her son Gunnar was just a tiny thing at the time! She even involved him which made it that much more fun. It's a very family-friendly environment. I'm grateful for her help, especially leading up to my early induction. Learning breathing techniques, staying flexible, and getting stronger prior to labor is SO important!

I'm a firm believer it helped me to heal and have a quick recovery afterward.

I would highly recommend checking it out!"

-Rachael Walker, 29 Palms

"After I gave birth, I was stressed out as a new Mom and Jennica welcomed me with open arms. She helped me improve my self-care. Her community involvement inspires me to connect and rejoice with the environment and those around me."

-Geneva Winans, Physical Therapist

When should I start Prenatal Yoga?

The best time to start Yoga is before you get pregnant, the second-best time is now. I encourage you to start as soon as you feel ready as there are poses, breathing techniques, and meditations that are beneficial for every stage, and figuring out what works best for you and your child can be a process.

The sooner you get started, the sooner you will discover precisely what you and your baby need to feel calm, capable, and connected.

What if I've never done Yoga before?

Perfect! You have the most to gain. Showing up is the hardest part for both veteran yoginis and complete newbies, so I encourage you to show up often and make it a healthy habit by offering deep savings for multiple classes.

Is it really only $35 per month per family?

Yes, only $35 monthly for unlimited prenatal and family yoga classes. I'm a Mom too and I want to create a win-win situation for both of us. When you enroll, I do ask that you commit to a 3-month minimum.

In addition to a growing library of classes, I promise to release at least one new online class weekly.

What if I only want to come one time or for a session?

That's totally okay and welcomed too. Your investment is a bit more, but you won't be locked into a monthly subscription, and you can see if it resonates with you.

$15 drop-in class

$60 for 5-class series

$80 for 8-class series

When can I start?

Right Now :) The cool thing about online classes is you don't have to wait. Your first class is waiting for you. A 30-60 minute new class will be released each week, and you can always sign-up here for a live class.

If you're in the Morongo Basin, email, or text me at 951-775-4514 for our current onsite schedule, classes take place in Joshua Tree, 29 Palms, and Yucca Valley.

Do I need to bring anything?

Yoga props can make it more fun and approachable if you're practicing at home. Two yoga blocks, a bolster, folding chair, and blankets per person is what I recommend starting with. You can purchase here or find your own.

Pregnancy and raising kids doesn't have to be so hard or scary.

It starts with figuring out what you and your child need to remain calm, remembering that you're more than capable, and connecting with your instincts to be fully open and present.

My unique prenatal and family yoga classes are designed to help you do just that: excite inner balance and achieve fuller health, so you always have your all.

Your next baby step to an even better you is only a few clicks away.
