Yoga helped me give birth unmedicated to two healthy boys, one in the hospital and one at home.
I started teaching Prenatal Yoga when my firstborn son was six weeks old to mothers looking to gain more strength and comfort.
My yoga practice continues to enrich my life and my children by helping me feel good, find my happy place, and be the best mama I can be.
But it takes a village.

When should I start Prenatal Yoga?
The best time to start Yoga is before you get pregnant, the second-best time is now. I encourage you to start as soon as you feel ready as there are poses, breathing techniques, and meditations that are beneficial for every stage, and figuring out what works best for you and your child can be a process.
The sooner you get started, the sooner you will discover precisely what you and your baby need to feel calm, capable, and connected.
What if I've never done Yoga before?
Perfect! You have the most to gain. Showing up is the hardest part for both veteran yoginis and complete newbies, so I encourage you to show up often and make it a healthy habit by offering deep savings for multiple classes.
Is it really only $35 per month per family?
Yes, only $35 monthly for unlimited prenatal and family yoga classes. I'm a Mom too and I want to create a win-win situation for both of us. When you enroll, I do ask that you commit to a 3-month minimum.
In addition to a growing library of classes, I promise to release at least one new online class weekly.
What if I only want to come one time or for a session?
That's totally okay and welcomed too. Your investment is a bit more, but you won't be locked into a monthly subscription, and you can see if it resonates with you.

When can I start?
Right Now :) The cool thing about online classes is you don't have to wait. Your first class is waiting for you. A 30-60 minute new class will be released each week, and you can always sign-up here for a live class.

Do I need to bring anything?
Yoga props can make it more fun and approachable if you're practicing at home. Two yoga blocks, a bolster, folding chair, and blankets per person is what I recommend starting with. You can purchase here or find your own.
